These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Standupd mobile application and website (together, the "Service"). This is a draft prepared ahead of launch — please review it alongside counsel before publishing.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to sign up. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.

Your content

You keep ownership of the ratings, comments, and bio you post. By posting, you grant us a license to display that content within the Service (for example, on the global feed and your public profile). Don't post anything unlawful, harassing, or infringing on someone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the Service: no scraping, no automated account creation, and no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the API beyond what's needed for normal app use.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ratings and comments reflect individual users' opinions, not ours.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Standupd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Standupd, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
