Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Standupd mobile application and website (together, the "Service").

Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to sign up. You may delete your account at any time from Settings on the website or Profile → Delete Account in the iOS app.

Your content

You keep ownership of the ratings, comments, and bio you post. By posting, you grant us a licence to display that content within the Service (for example, on the global feed and your profile). Don't post anything unlawful, harassing, or infringing on someone else's rights.

Reporting and moderation

Reviews and catalog submissions pass a content filter before they are published. Signed in, every review carries Report and Block links. We review reports within 24 hours, and a review that several people report is hidden automatically. We remove content that breaks these Terms and suspend accounts that keep breaking them.

Blocking works both ways: you won't see a blocked account's reviews and they won't see yours. You can unblock from Settings at any time. To report something outside the app, email support@standupd.com.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the Service: no scraping, no automated account creation, and no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the API beyond what's needed for normal app use.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ratings and comments reflect individual users' opinions, not ours.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Standupd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Standupd, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
